Corporate

I help organisations look beyond the role and understand the family ecosystem around their employees.

Why is this important? Because performance, wellbeing and retention don’t exist in isolation.

When organisations recruit internationally, they invest in more than a role. They invest in a person embedded in a family, a language system, cultural identity and a major life transition.

Families don’t sit outside the workplace ecosystem.
They are an integral part of it.

When accompanying partners or children struggle to settle - with language, schooling, cultural adjustment, identity or belonging - that strain doesn’t stay at home. It ultimately shows up in focus, engagement and long-term performance.

You can’t optimise performance while ignoring the human and linguistic context around the employee.

Drawing on my background in multilingual development, my work with internationally mobile families and my understanding of organisational environments, I support organisations in creating the conditions in which international employees and their families can truly thrive.

My work acts as a bridge between organisational priorities and the lived realities of international families - bringing together language, culture, wellbeing and performance.

Supporting accompanying families isn’t a “perk” tied to seniority.
It’s strategic, smart leadership.
